The story

About the project

Designed for a construction company in Greater Noida, this compact office draws its character from the building’s brick architecture, which filters light and air. We carried this language inward, bringing together honest materials, construction finesse and everyday functionality through a transitional design.

Inside the project

  • 01Double-height lobby with a sculptural concrete stair
  • 02Planted terrace used as an outdoor meeting space
  • Glass bricks allow light to travel through internal partitions, lending a soft luminosity to cabins without direct access to daylight. Furniture with exposed timber joinery celebrates traditional craftsmanship, making the way each piece is built part of its expression.

  • 03Open-plan workspace with full-height glazing

  • Grey Kota stone, smooth concrete plaster and warm terracotta establish an earthy palette, while glass brings lightness and black metal a quiet strength. Together, they create a cohesive workplace that reflects the company’s craft and welcomes the people behind it.
